Fannin Professional Services is committed to delivering exceptional services to its customers. Safety is our priority at all times and now is more important than any to address concerns for our team, customers and vendors.
***All employees and owners at FPS have been isolated for 14 days to ensure no symptoms are apparent and will be closely monitoring each other going forward
FPS will NOT be offering any interior work including: window cleaning, light fixtures, mirrors, fans or other miscellaneous requests. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we are a small family business that wishes to be your property maintenance provider for many years to come.
Below is the new procedures we have implemented to keep our team safe as well as anyone we come across.
On Site Protocols
Our team will communicate via text or phone calls, and keep away from any in person contact. We ask that you communicate any concerns in the same manner. We will not be accepting cash or checks at this time, payment can be done online via QuickBooks invoicing via debit, credit or ACH. All estimates will be done with no in person meetings. Exterior walk of the property (if needed) can be done with a scheduled date and time.
We are already setup for estimates via email and can easily provide the necessary details thru our sales system.
